Processing is necessary when a user performs an analysis, requests a price or quote, starts an order or enters into a contract.

These include customer and lead management, sales, development, system maintenance, security, reporting, accounting, taxation and authority requirements.

Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with the user's consent.

The service automatically creates a property analysis and price using information supplied by the user and available property data. The analysis supports the service and does not by itself determine how a renovation is carried out.

When a user uses the service, performs an analysis, requests a quote or orders, we may contact them by telephone, email, text message or another stated method about the analysis, quote, order, delivery, customer service or lawful marketing. A site visit may also be arranged when necessary.

Salaojapiste Holding Oy is the parent company responsible for shared administration, marketing, IT, sales and development. Data may be processed within the Group when needed for analysis, quotes, contracts, customer management, renovations, invoicing, requested financing or system operation, and may be disclosed to the Group company responsible for the customer's area.
