The service supports planning, pricing, ordering and customer management for drainage and other renovation services. Its analysis uses user-provided information and available property data.

The analysis is an estimate, not a building condition inspection, structural survey or official expert statement. It supports pricing and renovation planning.

Prices use available information and may change if user data, property data, scope or site conditions change. The final contract price is determined by the contract between the parties.

Users are responsible for keeping information accurate and current. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the analysis, price or quote.

An analysis or price alone does not create a binding renovation contract. A contract is formed through electronic signature or another agreed acceptance method.

Financing applications are processed under the financing provider's terms and privacy practices. The provider alone is responsible for the decision.

Service content, software, images, graphics, text, logos and trademarks belong to Salaojapiste Holding Oy or their rights holders and may not be copied, modified or republished without permission.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be changed or suspended for maintenance, development or security.

Salaojapiste Holding Oy is not liable for indirect damage caused by use or unavailability unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Complete accuracy of analyses, estimates and prices cannot be guaranteed.

Terms may be updated as the service, law or business changes. The latest version is always available in the service.

Finnish law applies. Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. Consumers may refer a matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or a competent Finnish court.
